Licence of the Rostrchnadzor (RTN)
Licence of the Rostrchnadzor (RTN) must be applied for in the area of industrial risk, and the safety permit shall be applied for those who may produce flammable or explosive hazard during the use of the equipment or any related equipment that may endanger public or ecological safety.
That certificate confirms that production meets Russian standards and norms.
Licence of the Rostrchnadzor (RTN) for products imported to Russia can be issued only by Russian Federal Services of Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision- Rostechnadzor.
Expectancy time depends on complexity of a product, but shouldn't be longer than 3 months once all necessary documents are delivered. Process of expertise and registration in Rostechnadzor should take maximum 2 months.
