CU-TR Certification (EAC certification)
The customs union legislation issued the mandatory customs union TR technical regulations certificate, Customs Union Technical Regulations Certificate ：Is the only proof that the product complies with the customs union technical regulations，This certificate applies to：Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan.
From February 15, 2013, CU-TR certification is mandatory for products that fall within the scope of certification of the customs union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan (CU).
Up to March 15, 2013, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan have stopped issuing GOST certificates of their old regulations
CU-TR Certification Product Scope
According to the union commission resolution 526 of 28 January 2011, there are 61 categories of products requiring cu-tr certification. Enforcement began in batches on February 15, 2013. The detailed list of certified products is as follows

CU-TR Certificate-EAC Certificate
By the Decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EurAsEC) No 293 dated 25.12.2012 there were approved the Common Forms of the Certificate of Conformity and the Declaration of Conformity to Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (Customs Union Certificate-EAC).
1、TR CU Certificate of Conformity or EAC Certificate：can only be issued by certification bodies entered in the Unified Register of certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) of the Customs Union.；
2、TR CU Declaration (TR Declaration of Conformity for customs Union): is an official document confirming that the product was manufactured ( as well as developed) in full compliance with all applicable requirements in place and technical rules that are described in certain Technical Regulations of Customs Union.

The letters “E”, “A”, “C” designed with the right angles
The letters enclosed in the square, so the height = width
