Russian Government Registration Certificate
According to the official announcement of Russia on June 29, 2010, the hygiene certificate related to food was officially cancelled. From July 1, 2010, electronic and electrical products under health-epidemic surveillance will no longer require a hygiene certificate, but will instead be registered by the Russian government
In the past, in addition to products related to food and drinking water (such as electrical products that come in contact with food), ordinary laptops or computer screens (products with radiation) had to apply for Russian hygiene certification.
Currently, the new Russian registration certificate only regulates electrical products that are in contact with food, and the hygiene certificate issued before July 1, 2010 can only be used till January 1, 2012. The Russian government registration certificate is valid for a long time
